OUR HISTORY

What began in 1998 as a small construction venture in Engapuzha has today evolved into a growing name in Kerala’s construction landscape. Founded as Abinas Builders, our journey started with a simple vision — to build spaces with honesty, quality, and long-lasting value for people and communities.

In the early years, we focused mainly on rural residential projects, earning trust through craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering beyond expectations. Every project became a stepping stone, helping us grow not just as builders, but as partners in our clients’ dreams.

As our reputation expanded, so did our ambitions. We gradually extended our presence into Wayanad and Calicut, taking on larger and more diverse projects while staying rooted in the same values that shaped our beginnings.

With the changing needs of modern construction and design, we entered a new phase of transformation — rebranding ourselves as AIKA Developers.
